Mhlaba Properties (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2005. It was established to provide construction services to private and public sector around KwaZulu-Natal and National. We are 100% black owned enterprise.
We based our working ethics on clear communication between our clients and ourselves. Our work is quality guaranteed, with every stage being thoroughly monitored. The company has over the years acquired qualified personnel within the construction industry to ensure that each task is done to perfection.
We always network with contractors and professionals to share expertise in the field in which we operate and welcome any inputs from individuals or groups who are interested in enhancing our endeavour to positively contribute to the construction industry. Mhlaba is registered with the statutory compliance entities such as CIDB grading 7GB, 4CE, and 4SQ and registered accredited NHRBC..
